Call the Cops on Jonah Goldberg!
By Nicholas Stix
At National Review’s private blog discussion last Tuesday, Jonah Goldberg was praising himself, and referring back to a February 2007 column he’d posted on Barack Hussein Obama/Dunham/Soetoro.
Jonah Goldberg:
Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, "I don’t think Obama supports domestic terrorism..."
I do. Not only does The One support domestic terrorists, but he supports ONLY domestic terrorists. When He was doling out $159 million of that old gangster, Walter Annenberg's money, he gave it exclusively to racists, gangsters, and terrorists (if you’ll pardon the redundancy), and refused to give one dime to real educators who sought to improve kids' cognitive performance.
But I don't believe Jonah, anyway. I think what he really means is, "As with every American with a functioning brain who has had time to study the matter, it is obvious to me that Obama supports domestic terrorism, but as a Republican 'pundit,' I am only permitted to speak an infinitesimal bit of truth at a time, so that my insights may have no effect whatsoever on history.”
Jonah Goldberg:
"Bourgeois self-loathing lay at the very heart of the New Left's hatred of liberalism ..."
Not exactly. New Leftists hate other people, not themselves. They l-o-o-o-ove themselves.
Did Jonah really play the "self-loathing" card? Call the cliché cops!
(A tip ‘o the hat to Rocco DiPippo.)
